Programme Director
Nezlin has 25 years experience as a counsellor and supervisor of counsellors. Her last employment was as Director of Nursing at a West London Hospital. She currently holds a number of positions:

• International Secretary of the New Testament Assembly
• Director & Company Secretary of NTA -UK
• An ecumenical member of the Church of England General Synod
• Vice-Chair of the Tooting Neighbourhood Centre

Nezlin is a sought after seminar and workshop facilitator. She is married to Revd Earl Sterling and they have 3 sons, and 2 grand children. |

Esther Fenty MA
Esther Fenty (MA MSc) is a former teacher and currently an educational psychologist whose work brings her into contact with children and young people who present with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. She is a member of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) and currently heads the National Sunday School Department. She is married to Revd Clevere Fenty and together they have two sons. |

Sonia Laing BA in Counselling
Sonia is an integrative counsellor with her own private practice. She facilitates workshops and groups on a variety of topics including working with survivors of abuse. Sonia is a Trustee of New Testament Assembly and serves as the National Co-ordinator for Child Protection. |

Revd Sanguenitti BA Honours
Revd Sanguenetti is the Senior Pastor of New Life Apostolic Ministries International in Battersea, London. Between 1986 and 2006 he held several religious offices and leadership positions including managing Christian Educational Programmes. Revd Marvin lectures at various Educational and Religious Institutions including the NTA Institute of Theology and Christian Counselling and heads the M & M Christian Ministries for Comparative Religion, whose purpose is to rescue those trapped by cultic practices. Revd Marvin’s ministry has taken him to Africa, the Caribbean, the USA and Europe. He is also involved through “Operation Life” in the relief of poverty and ministers to practical needs of the less fortunate. He is married to Marcia and they have 3 children – Rachael, Joel and Grace. |

Revd Greaves is the National Presiding Bishop of the NTA and the Senior Pastor of NTA Leyton. He specialises in teaching Church History. He is married to Marlene and they have 4 sons and one daughter. |

Revd Herbie McKenzie BSc., BA; MA., PgCert Mgt., Dip.
Christian Counselling Herbie is an ordained minister and senior pastor of the New Testament Church of God (NTCG) in Cheetham Hill, Manchester. He was born in Clarendon, Jamaica and came to England at age 16 to join his parents. He attended Handsworth and Erdington College in Birmingham to further his education and later joined the Royal Air Force, serving in Northern Ireland and Central America. On leaving military service, Herbie returned to education, gaining a number of academic awards that were to help propel him into teaching at Middlesex University and later at Birkbeck College, University of London, where he taught Social Policy, and Housing and Planning. Herbie also studied theology at Overstone College, and has a diploma in Christian Counselling from NTA/University of Wales Lampeter.
Herbie has a strong passion for preaching and teaching the Word of God. He is deeply committed to developing people to acquire the necessary skills for Godly service and leadership in the local church, and to fulfil God’s plan for their lives. He is the founder of Immanuel Theological College, a vision the Lord gave him in 1998, which has led to a number of students from various denominations graduating with university accredited awards in Theology and Ministry, some of whom are now in pastoral ministry. Herbie is a member of the National Education Board of NTCG, and currently facilitates two courses: Practical Theology and Christian Ethics, and Pastoral Care and Counselling at the NTCG Leadership Training Centre in Northampton. |

Adam Kerr MA
Adam Kerr qualified as a psychiatric nurse in 1986 specialising in forensic psychiatry before moving on to work for Wandsworth Social Services in a therapeutic community with young offenders on remand for serious offences. Adam’s interest in the criminal justice system developed during his time with Wandsworth Social Services. Following the Broadwater Farm disturbances in North London he secured employment with Haringey Local Authority in an intermediate treatment centre for young people suspended from school. It became apparent that in order to progress within this field he would need to gain a qualification in social work, which he did in1989.
?In Sept 1989 Adam secured employment with the Inner London Probation Service working in a variety of settings over the last 19 years. In February 2005 he was promoted to Assistant Chief Officer, now managing probation operations in two of London’s inner boroughs.?
Adam has been a trainer both for the NTA and the Probation Service nationally, developing and running Programmes such as racism awareness to social work students, prison officers and probation officers and the child protection Programme, mentoring and counselling skills on the NTA counselling and leadership Programmes.?
Adam’s academic achievements include BSc in Economics & Social Policy, Dip in Social Work, CQSW and RMN. He is married to Sharon and has two daughters who are an inspiration in his life. A keen golfer, musician and a growing taste in legal/thriller fictions. He has been a member of the New Testament Assembly – Tooting for many years and see this as his home. |

Revd R Bradshaw MTh
Revd Ruthlyn Bradshaw is the Senior Pastor of the Dalston and Nottingham New Life Assembly churches. Her role is a multi-faceted one. She is widely acknowledged and respected for her dynamic preaching and teaching both nationally and internationally.
A gifted communicator and counsellor, she ministers with great insight and anointing, bringing healing, restoration and empowerment to the body of Christ. Having gained a Masters Degree in Applied Theology at Spurgeon’s College, she is presently studying for her Doctorate at the same college. |

Pastor E Effiom BA MA
Pastor Edak Effiom holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in English and Literary Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She has an insatiable desire to gain and impart knowledge. She was pursuing a career as a university lecturer, but had a break in 1991 to raise her young children. In 1997, she and her husband moved to England to pastor a church. She worked for three years at the Job Centre Plus where her passion for counselling was stirred. She gained a Diploma in Christian Counselling and has completed the Programme requirements for the award of a Graduate Certificate in Couple Therapy at the Relate Institute. She is married to Pastor E. A. Effiom and they are blessed with three children, Victoria, Stephanie and David. They both pastor Nu-Life Church in Central London. |
